Yellowfin allows users to establish connections to Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) data sources. This includes everything from the recommended MySQL database to Oracle, Postgres and more.
This section covers some of these traditional database connections individually.

all the data source connections supported in Yellowfin, some of which are shipped with Yellowfin, and some which aren't. For the unpackaged connection, you are required to download the relevant database driver from the provider's website, and manually install it in Yellowfin. These drivers are not included in Yellowfin because of licensing/paywall reasons.

without Drivers Included
The following database can also be connected to Yellowfin Besides the data sources that Yellowfin can connect to out-of-the-box, there are other less common data sources that you can also connect to by manually installing their driver drivers through the Plugin Manager. These are listed below:
