Yellowfin allows users to establish connections to Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) data sources. This includes everything from the recommended MySQL database to Oracle, Postgres and more. This section covers some of these traditional database connections individually.

Readily Available Connections

You can find the following JDBC connections in Yellowfin that are immediately available for connection upon first startup:

Additional Connections

Besides the data sources that Yellowfin can connect to out-of-the-box, there are other data sources that you can also connect to by manually installing their drivers through the Plugin Manager. These are listed below.
