Administrator users are there to ensure: 1. Users have appropriate access to the **system**. This is done by creating users, assigning [role permissions](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376540), and defining any [source filter](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376356) requirements. 2. Users have appropriate access to **data**. This is done by creating and assigning access to [Data Sources](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376359) and [Views](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376446). 3. Users have appropriate access to **content**. This is done by creating and assigning access to [Content Folders](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376323). 4. The system is correctly **configured**. This is done by defining the [Configuration](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1376444) and [Content Settings](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/USER73Plus/pages/1379166) settings required.   ## Administration Menu The Administration controls are accessed through the main navigation menus.
