Administrator users are there to ensure: 1. Users have appropriate access to the system. This is done by creating users, assigning [role permissions](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1579170), and defining any [source filter](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1578412) requirements. 2. Users have appropriate access to data. This is done by creating and assigning access to [Managing a Data Source](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1582865) and [Views Overview](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1541556). 3. Users have appropriate access to content. This is done by creating and assigning access to [Content Folders](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1580968). 4. The system is correctly configured. This is done by defining the [Configuration](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1588802) and [Content Settings](https://yellowfin.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/user80/pages/1588579) settings required.   ## Administration Menu The Administration controls are accessed through the main navigation menus. |
