We've retired the What's New page and instead created something we think will be more useful to the wiki audience.  You can now view the latest release notes on the dedicated page. It provides a full rundown of what's in the latest release, with descriptive text to explain the changes, along with links to relevant wiki and Community pages, so you can see what's changed right away.

This version of Yellowfin offers the following major enhancements:

  • Migrate your content between different Yellowfin instances with ease through our Import & Export Repository. 
  • An additional process has been added to control user's access to content. Learn all about it in our View Approval Workflow section.
  • The new JavaScript Chart Framework allows users to create highly advanced and interactive charts using JavaScript.
  • Newly added to the vast selection of visualization charts, are the meter charts. Click here to find out more about these.
  • Further tweaks and enhancements have been made to the formatting of the Canvas widgets.
  • A new range of Data Source connectors have also been included.
